本实验室主要兴趣在于:
主要兴趣是斑马鱼内部器官的形成,尤其是心血管系统的发育,并以此为基础,研究人类先天性心脏病的发病机理。
斑马鱼是研究脊椎动物发育和人类疾病的理想模式生物。随着斑马鱼基因组计划的接近完成,我们面临着研究将近30,000个在斑马鱼和其他脊椎动物都保守的基因的功能及其调控的艰巨任务。正向遗传学的诱变技术、反向遗传学的TALEN技术、CRISPR/Cas9技术以及基于TALEN的同源重组技术都已在斑马鱼中得到成功地应用,可以随心所欲地将斑马鱼的任何基因修饰为任何形式,为研究基因功能提供了完美的利器。

以斑马鱼(Danio rerio)为模式动物,开发并完善以CRISPR/Cas为基础的基因组编辑技术,结合单细胞测序等技术,研究心血管、胰腺等组织器官发育与再生的遗传基础及其基因表达调控机制,建立人类疾病的斑马鱼模型并进行发病机制研究。
